A: Depending on Wi-Fi interference in the environment we recommend a maximum distance of 30 meters. To ensure optimal streaming performance please perform the following checks.

  • Install the receiver in the same room as the transmitters
  • Avoid physical obstructions and ensure there is a line of sight (LoS) between the user and receiver
  • Do not mount the receiver behind a large display as this can significantly reduce signal strength

Product Selection

A: The Mini transmitter has an HDMI and USB port and supports a resolution of up to Full HD (1080p). The Standard transmitter has a somewhat larger form and is equipped with the same ports as the mini with the addition of a DisplayPort and LAN port (PoE) and can support a resolution of up to 4K (2160p / 30fps).

A: The QuattroPod receiver for Mini/Standard/Deluxe is compatible with all types of transmitters. However, only the Standard/Deluxe transmitter supports a resolution of up to 4K (2160p / 30fps), which is available with either the QuattroPod Standard (1 Receiver, 2 Transmitters) or QuattroPod Deluxe (1 Receiver, 4 Transmitters) package.

A: The QuattroPod Standard and QuattroPod Deluxe packages support up to 4K resolution with the Standard transmitters.

Troubleshooting

A:The QuattroPod Wi-Fi depends heavily on the minimum power supply. Please make sure that your QuattroPod device is receiving power via the included power supply (5V 2A) or PoE (5V 3A) to ensure a stable performance of the embedded Wi-Fi module. Please also check whether the frequency of your device supports the 5 GHz band of the QuattroPod receiver.
